Skills & experience

You will be a Corporate M&A Lawyer at the 10-12 year level with training from a top or mid-tier law firm.

About the role

This is a rare Senior Legal Counsel role where you will report to the Head of Investment, Legal & Governance.  The responsible and significant investment includes major renewable projects.  Autonomously run your own infrastructure and Private Equity deals.
