Job Description

Office Manager | Law Firm | Bring 2 years + Similar Experience

A growing specialist practice is ready to welcome an experienced Legal Office Manager to help the Directors continue to grow the firm, and focus on what they do best!

As this firm’s Office Manager, you will be a central figure in the practice, providing key support to the Directors in managing the day to day office functions, as well as Accounts Management. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the firm runs smoothly and efficiently while contributing to its continued growth and success.

This role is full-time, in a firm that values it’s ability to provide support and flexibility to their team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • General day to day management of the firm
  • Oversee the finance function of the firm, including Trust Accounting
  • Assisting the Directors with hiring and onboarding new team members
  • IT set up and troubleshooting
  • Assisting the firm on it’s growth trajectory

You will need:

  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a similar role as an Office/Practice/General Manager of a law firm;
  • Strong financial management skills;
  • Excellent human resources experience, including staff recruitment, onboarding etc.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff.
  • A proactive attitude with a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
