Property & Estates Lawyer
Do you have a mix of experience within Property and Wills & Estates? Or do you have solid Property Law experience and a keen interest to learn more about Estates? Then this role was made for you!

The Role:
If you’re an experienced Property Lawyer (2 + Years PAE) with strong technical skills in a broad range of property transactions and with experience/interest in Wills & Estates, then we would love to hear from you. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a high-volume of property matters, including sale and purchase of residential and commercial real estate.
  • Advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and tailored trust structures, including testamentary trusts.
  • Managing estate administration, including applications for Probate and Letters of Administration.
  • Handling transactions across multiple jurisdictions – Qld, NSW, Vic, SA and WA
  • You will have support from a team that handles each key stage of the property process, and will work together collectively.

Bring with you:

  • A minimum of 2 years PAE as a Property Lawyer
  • A passion for property transactions
  • Experience in or a passion for Wills & Estates
  • A strong client focus
  • The ability to nurture relationships with key referrers and build new relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working in a collaborative environment
  • A keen eye for detail.
