Whether your background is in CTP, workers’ compensation, public liability, recoveries or broader PI – there are excellent opportunities available right now!

- Legal Secretary supporting senior lawyers in a leading CTP and WC practice
- Paralegal assisting with defendant insurance litigation across multiple jurisdictions
- Support roles in specialist recoveries, medical negligence, and public liability teams

What You’ll Be Doing: (Varies by Role)
- Drafting and amending court documents and legal correspondence
- Preparing briefs to counsel, discovery and trial bundles
- Managing medico-legal appointments, chronologies and expert reports
- Billing, file management and client liaison
- Supporting litigation workflows across QLD and interstate courts
Who We’re Looking For:
You may be:
- An experienced Legal Secretary with a background in insurance, litigation or disputes
- A Paralegal confident running key tasks under lawyer supervision
- Familiar with LEAP, Affinity, FileSite or similar systems
- Looking for a stable, long-term role with supportive Partners and structure
