Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for a busy role to call your own in a supportive environment?
Position: Conveyancer (QLD Firm – various offices including Brisbane CBD)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in A-Z Residential Conveyancing
Specialisation: PEXA and Queensland legislation

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Utilise PEXA for electronic settlements, ensuring compliance with all relevant Queensland legislation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Conveyancer, with a proven track record of running matters autonomously.
- Proficient in PEXA and knowledgeable about Queensland Conveyancing laws and regulations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
