Property Lawyer | 2 + Years PAE

A well-established law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer to join their expanding Property Team in their stunning Brisbane CBD offices.

The firm has built a strong presence in the Australian legal market through organic growth driven by the excellence of its services. This is a unique opportunity to work with an exceptional team that offers genuine career growth and progression. Billables are manageable, as the firm has ample amount of work coming in. You are not expected to bring in new business – they simply want you to perform well and be supported.

The role will see you: 

Managing a varied caseload of matters including but not limited to:

  • Buying and selling residential and commercial property.
  • Commercial, industry and retail leasing.
  • Property and strata title advice
  • Sale of business agreements and general property or commercial contract/agreement drafting.

About you: 

  • Property Law experience (2+ Years PAE).
  • If you are a senior Property Lawyer with more years PAE you are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience managing and running matters autonomously.
  • Advanced client commerciality and high-level communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
