Your New Role:
As a Paralegal within the Property team, you will be crucial in supporting the team across various property related matters. Your main focus will be on commercial conveyancing, leasing and body corporate related matters.
Daily, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing legal documents
- Managing case files
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner; and
- Facilitating the smooth progress of each matter.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about property law to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
About You:
In addition to your love for the legal industry and your effective communication skills, you also:
- Have prior experience as a Paralegal in Property law, ideally at least 2 years +
- Have a solid understanding of Property law concepts and procedures
- Boast strong drafting and research skills to facilitate your daily duties; and
- Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a close-knit team, depending on the situation.
This role is best suited to a career Paralegal, however, we will consider law students if they have at least 2 years + left of their studies.
