Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about property law and looking to further develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork
• Conduct property searches, draft correspondence, and liaise with clients, agents, and third parties
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide high-quality client care and manage communications promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in conveyancing (minimum 1–2 years in a similar role preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
