About the Role
You’ll join a close-knit property team supporting long-term developer clients with:
- Off-the-plan and residential conveyancing from contract to settlement
- Drafting contracts, disclosure statements and correspondence
- Coordinating with agents, clients and banks
- Using PEXA and modern systems with full admin support if needed
- Working closely with approachable property lawyers when matters get complex
This isn’t bulk conveyancing. You won’t be chasing low-fee files or racing to the next deal. You’ll handle well-structured, repeat work at sustainable pace – in a role that can flex around your life.

About You
You’re a capable, detail-oriented conveyancing paralegal who values doing your job well – without unnecessary stress or micromanagement. You take pride in managing your own files and delivering a calm, organised experience for clients and stakeholders alike.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience running residential or off-the-plan conveyancing files from start to finish
- Confidence communicating with clients, agents, and lenders professionally
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with PEXA, LEAP or similar software (training provided if needed)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a calm, professional approach
