About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Wills & Estates Lawyer with 4 years + PAE to join a well-established team. You will be working closely with other senior lawyers, managing your own estate planning and administration files from start to finish.
The work will include:
- Planning and drafting complex wills, including testamentary trusts
- General and enduring powers of attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Advising clients on asset protection and succession strategies
You will need:
- Proven experience in Wills & Estates
- Capability to manage your own cases independently
- Experience mentoring junior lawyers
- A genuine desire to want career progression and mentorship
- Dedication to delivering top-notch client service
- Keen attention to detail
- A genuine interest in Succession Law
