Gorilla Jobs was established in September 2017 by two recruitment experts who shared a vision to disrupt the recruitment landscape. The business was founded with the purpose of delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates—by streamlining the recruitment process, focusing on people-first values, and emphasising the quality of results driven by deep industry experience.
Initially, Gorilla Jobs positioned itself as a leader in Healthcare Recruitment across Australia. Following the successful growth of our medical practice, we expanded in 2020 to include a national Legal Recruitment division, with the goal of replicating our achievements in the healthcare sector.
