You

Will be an Asset Finance Lawyer (secured financing, equipment leasing and/or capital markets experience) at the 3-5 years of PQE and keen to move to New York and sit your New York Bar exams, or you may already be admitted to the NY Bar.

You must also be working at an Australian top-tier law firm and have excellent academics. 

Role

Working alongside award winning and industry leadings partners, you will be representing underwriters, lenders, lessors, and governmental agencies in a wide variety of asset finance transactions, including portfolio securitizations, acquisition financing, leveraged leasing, EETC transactions, secured lending, structured financing and credit enhancements
