The Role
Working on a range of transactional matters you will take on the role of a key senior lawyer in the team. The role is marked for career growth and you will likely be an ambitious lawyer seeking future partnership. The firm has enjoyed a high quality corporate practice and you will have scope to run sales and acquisitions autonomously, be involved in ECM and M&A matters, and broad corporate and commercial work for a listed and unlisted client base. Your interest in ECM work will be rewarded as the firm is looking for someone to be actively involved in ECM transactions.
About You
To be considered you will be a strong corporate lawyer with at 2 to 8 years of experience, although more senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
