The opportunity:
This high-end boutique law firm based in the Brisbane CBD are on the lookout for a bright and driven commercial lawyer to join its team.
If you are looking for a law firm that will provide you the platform and resources needed to develop your legal skills while allowing you to work in a fun, flexible, supportive and down to earth environment – this role is for you!
You will be provided quality mentorship and guided by a former national firm lawyer who successfully sold off his practice and is now building an even more successful firm.
What you will do:
Act on a range of major transactions and advise an impressive base of high net-worth and asx listed clients. Draft, review, negotiate various commercial agreements and help solve legal problems. You will also get to work across M&A, tax, asset protection, estates and more.
You:
– Are 2+ PAE lawyer with exp gained at a reputable firm
– Have a background in commercial law
– Are commercially sharp and driven
