Skills & experience
You will ideally be an Associate level lawyer working at a leading national or top-tier firm, with an admission date in either 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022 and a background in construction, projects, infrastructure (or energy/resources).
You must also have strong academics.
Your new role
Will see you working closely with the co-head of the Energy Transition Group (and his ambitious team including another Associate and two Attorneys) in the Houston office (NY and DC also open) in one of the largest international law firms in the World. Advise clients on carbon capture, hydrogen, renewable fuel and utilization and sequestration contracts.
Advise in relation to construction-related contracts, purchase and sale documentation, supply and offtake arrangements, as well as acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
