Contribute to this full-service business law firm by bringing yr boutique law firm experience; only 5.5 billables per day + bonus; WFH; 2-5 yrs’ PAE

  • Represent National Retailers, restaurant chains & hospitality venues;
  • Act for family owned businesses
  • Trusted advisors

Skills & experience

You will be a Corporate/Commercial lawyer with 2-5 years’ PAE.

The role

You will provide general commercial advice (Employment, Leasing, Supply Contracts) to well-known Australian retailers including major fashion brands; Mergers and Acquisitions (real estate outlets, US based funds, Australian accounting firms and Vendors); property law – sale and purchase of various commercial property assets including shopping centres and mixed use; acting for mining companies on negotiation of high value minerals export contracts and acting on major commercial negotiations.

Benefits

Only 5.5 billables per day; bonus of 30% above budget; quarterly events; representing major fashion brands, restaurant chains and hospitality venues; a modern-day law firm without a traditional mindset.
