Skills & experience

You will be a Corporate M&A lawyer with 3 year to 5 years of experience, who would like to undertake Private M&A work only.

Your new role

Will see you enjoy private mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity funding and capital market transactions. 

Advise on corporate and governance issues. Act for start-ups and providing holistic cyber security solutions, aimed particularly at Corporations.  Advise on corporate and governance issues too.
