Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you’ll represent clients in the area of Personal Injury. Your key responsibilities will include managing and providing insightful reviews of legal advice, particularly in relation to common law damages claims and statutory workers’ compensation benefits. Additionally, you’ll negotiate terms with external parties, ensuring both top-tier service and effective delivery.
You’ll bring to the role:
Proven experience advising clients on various Personal Injury matters.
Prior involvement in Personal Injury cases is required.
A solid grasp of workers’ compensation legislation.
The ability to negotiate effectively with external providers, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Proficiency in working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in handling and managing a portfolio of cases.
Familiarity with the Leap software.
A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.
