The Panel undertakes its reviews in accordance with Part XVB of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) and the World Trade Organisation’s anti-dumping agreement.
About the role
The work of the Panel is demand driven and is dependent on the number of review requests received. In addition, Members are expected to attend biannual Review Panel meetings and participate in periodic training activities.
Members will be required to collaboratively engage with each other, and the department, on matters relating to the Panel’s operations and practices.
