Senior Associate | Corporate Commercial Lawyer | 5+ Years | Gold Coast

What We’re Looking For:

You are a technically strong, commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with:

  • At least 5 years PAE in private practice (Associate or Senior Associate level)
  • A strong background in corporate and commercial law
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian corporate law and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on relationship building and client service
  • The ability to provide strategic legal advice in fast-evolving industries

The Work You’ll Do:

This role offers variety and challenge, with a strong focus on:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Commercial contracts and corporate governance
  • Legal work in digital assets, fintech, and other emerging sectors
  • Drafting shareholder and share sale agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and delivering strategic counsel under the Corporations Act

You’ll work alongside industry-respected Partners and senior lawyers, contributing to high-value matters while continuing to sharpen your expertise.
