A unique opportunity has opened up for a Property Lawyer who would like to step into a growing national law firm as part of their Brisbane/QLD practice. Your New Role
Key duties include:
- Providing customer support and care to clients
- Reviewing Contracts of Sale and providing legal advice
- Explaining anything your customers might be uncertain about
- Conducting searches
- Helping customers through every stage of the conveyancing process
- Managing residential conveyancing files
- Drafting letters and legal documents and contracts
- Conducting legal research and preparing property settlements
- Liaising with various stakeholders including: real estate agents and financial institutions.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ property law/conveyancing experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
- Ability and experience to manage conveyancing files autonomously
- Experience using conveyancing software and otherwise confident with new technology and applications
- Professional presentation
- Ability to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner
- Great attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity.
