Planning & Environment Lawyer – 2 years + PAE

Open to Lawyers – Senior Associates with experience in Planning & Environment, this is an opportunity to join a well known and talented team!

About the opportunity:

The highly respected Planning & Environment Team of this firm is looking for a lawyer with at least 2 years of post admission experience in Planning & Environment Law to join their group.

There is no shortage of senior lawyers in this team for you to learn from, with access to multiple Partners and the wider team for mentoring and learning.

You will have the opportunity work on advisory matters, as well as litigation proceedings for a broad range of clients, including huge projects!

About you:

  • At least 2 years of PAE in Planning & Environment Law
  • Ideally front and end back end experience – from town planning matters through to handling matters in the Planning and Environment Court
  • Experience with a wide variety of P&E matters including approvals, due diligence, resumptions etc.
  • Strong drafting skills with attention to detail
  • Court experience
