An established boutique law firm on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join their team, with genuine potential for progression into partnership.
The ideal candidate will be confident in running family law files independently and passionate about delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run family law matters independently (including parenting, property, and divorce)
- Provide strategic legal advice and strong client service
- Maintain and build ongoing client relationships
- Contribute to business development and firm growth
About You
- Minimum 4 years PAE in Family Law
- Confident in handling files autonomously from start to finish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Self-motivated, with a genuine interest in leadership or partnership progression
- A portable practice or referral network is highly desirable but not essential
