Corporate Advisory Lawyer – Financial Services Regulator | Brisbane

The opportunity:

This highly regarded firm is nationally recognised for handling sophisticated and high-profile matters in the financial services sector. The role focuses heavily on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) compliance, alongside broader corporate advisory responsibilities.

You will be tasked with drafting and reviewing key financial services documents, including compliance plans, AML/CTF policies, disclosure statements, and investment management agreements. You will also work closely with a diverse client base, from financial planners to fund managers and international financial service providers.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience, preferably in corporate advisory or financial services law. A strong technical understanding of financial services regulation is essential, along with proven ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

You should be someone who thrives in a team-oriented culture, eager to contribute your expertise while building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.
