LEGAL SECRETARY, PERSONAL ASSISTANT OR PARALEGAL – REPUTABLE CBD FIRM

Your Role

As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated and organised team member to step into a blended Secretarial / Paralegal / Personal Assistant role. This is a fantastic long-term position for someone who loves variety, enjoys being the “go-to” person, and is keen to build a meaningful, long-lasting career in the legal industry.

You will work closely with the Partners and their teams of Lawyers on the day-to-day tasks of a law firm. Some of your duties will include:

  • Drafting, preparing and formatting correspondence and legal documents
  • File management (opening, organising, maintaining and archiving files)
  • Client communication via phone and email
  • Diary and calendar management for lawyers
  • Handling incoming enquiries and assisting with matter progression
  • Basic research and paralegal support where required
  • General administrative and PA duties to assist the broader team.

To be Successful

You will be passionate about the legal industry and excited to further your skills in a Commercial Law firm.

Ideally, you would already be working in a secretarial or paralegal role and come with at least 1-year legal experience (those with more years are welcome to apply!) and you will be eager to build on your experience for the long term.
