ASSOCIATE | 3 YEARS PAE – BANKING AND FINANCE

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an Associate (3+ years PAE) to advise across a broad range of financing matters, including:
- Corporate and acquisition finance
- Secured and unsecured lending
- Property and construction finance
- Debt capital markets
- Real estate financing
You will work closely with senior practitioners and a diverse client base that includes banks, lenders, corporates, private equity, and developers. This role offers hands-on involvement in significant transactions with genuine scope for client contact.
About You
You will bring:
- At least 3 years’ PAE in front-end banking and finance matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to further professional development and career growth
