Join a top-tier commercial real estate team supporting three Partners and a cohort of Associates. This is a fast paced, billing centric role in a practice that runs sophisticated transactions and values precision, initiative and clear communication.

The opportunity

• Be the engine for billing and new matter openings across the practice

What you will do

• Own monthly billing end to end including WIP review, pre bills, edits and finalisation
• Manage a high volume of matter openings and conflicts with accuracy and pace
• Prepare, format and quality check transaction documents to an excellent standard
• Coordinate signatures, settlements, searches and stakeholder communications
• Maintain orderly files including efiling, hard copy filing and archiving
• Triage Partner priorities, manage diaries and keep inboxes moving

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a legal secretary in commercial property or a transactional team
• Strong billing expertise and confidence with volume intake and file management
• Proactive mindset, calm under pressure and comfort asking clear, timely questions
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a solution focused approach
