About the role:
Joining a team that enjoys a broad base of work, you can expect to handle a variety of corporate and commercial disputes such as:
- Contract disputes
- Partnership and Shareholder disputes
- Body Corporate and Management Rights disputes
- Construction disputes
- Property Disputes including Leasing and Franchising disputes and
- Much more!
Led by experienced Partners, who are supported by experienced Senior Lawyers, this is a well structured team that works together to achieve team goals. This role will see the successful applicant working from fantastic CBD offices that are well equipped, well managed and in a great location!
