About the role

Working closely with an experienced leadership team, you will handle a wide range of residential property transactions while being supported by a highly capable back end team. This allows you to focus on quality advice, client care and meaningful legal work rather than administrative tasks.

You will also play a key part in guiding and mentoring team members, contributing to compliance processes and assisting with training initiatives. This role is ideal for lawyers who enjoy supporting others and who take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. Due to the nature of this role, this firm is looking for a Property Lawyer to be on site and in the office from Monday – Friday.

About you:

• At least three (3) years post admission experience in property law including conveyancing
• Strong leadership qualities and a genuine interest in coaching and supporting others
• Calm under pressure with a solutions focused mindset
• Comfortable managing clients and providing clear advice
• A people centred approach and commitment to service excellence
• A positive and proactive personality, with the ability to motivate others and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• A current Practising Certificate
• A desire to grow, learn and contribute to an innovative team and workplace
