Contracts Coordinator | Reputable Brisbane CBD Real Estate Agency

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a busy role in a unique environment and a supportive team culture?

Position: Contracts Coordinator
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in A-Z Residential Conveyancing

The Role:

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will provide administration and secretarial functions to a busy in-house team with a strong emphasis on residential contract management and compliance with the Property Occupations Act and Agents Financial Administration Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process listings and contracts of sale with emphasis on accuracy and compliance – sales transactions
  • Preparation of correspondence
  • Communicate with Solicitors on behalf of Real Estate Agents
  • Create and maintain professional relationships with clients, solicitors and peers
  • Trust Accounts deposit receipts and payments
  • Update changes and status of property records in CRM to reflect transaction progress
  • Enter price information for web display into the CRM following verification of instruction
  • Conduct Title search and company search and identify issues
  • Prepare for and process settlements
  • Document / file management for listing, sale and trust account records
  • Active participation in team meetings, initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Conveyancing – those with more years of experience are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in PEXA and knowledgeable about Queensland Conveyancing laws and regulations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
