Insurance Lawyer / Associate / Senior Associate 

Are you a motivated Insurance Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate with a passion in Workers’ Compensation? Do you have experience in Defendant Insurance matters, and are you looking to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and rewarding environment?

We are seeking skilled and driven Insurance Lawyers and up to Senior Associates to join a prestigious, results-oriented firm based in Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Defendant Insurance/Personal Injury claims. Other experience at the more senior levels is also highly regarded such as in asbestos recovery claims and Public Liability claims to compliment your primary Workers’ Compensation focus. This is a firm that will provide a healthy mix of work tailored to your interests.

About the Role:

  • Handle a variety of Workers’ Compensation claims, offering tailored legal services to clients with a defendant mindset!
  • Advise and represent both defendants and the insured in complex matters.
  • Manage your own caseload with the opportunity to grow and develop your expertise in this practice area.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Defendant Insurance/Personal Injury matters.
