The opportunity

You will be a key part of a high performing property team, working closely with approachable senior lawyers who invest in their people. Expect real responsibility, clear guidance and the tools to do your best work from day one.

What you will do

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement with appropriate supervision
• Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents and related property documentation
• Order and interpret searches, draft clear correspondence and liaise with clients, agents, lenders and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate files, meet critical dates and ensure full compliance with Queensland requirements
• Deliver timely, professional client service that reflects the firm’s standards

What you will bring

• Experience in conveyancing, ideally 1 – 2 years or more in a similar role
• Ability to run a conveyancing file from A – Z
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisation across multiple files and deadlines
• Confident written and verbal communication with a client first mindset
• Working knowledge of conveyancing software and the Microsoft Office suite
