From workplace investigations, performance management and enterprise bargaining to disputes in courts and tribunals—you’ll be part of a collaborative team trusted to deliver smart, strategic outcomes that truly matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, policy reviews, and workplace change
- Representing clients in Fair Work Commission and industrial tribunal matters
- Partnering with clients across federal, state, and local government bodies as well as national employers
- Working across front-end advisory and back-end litigation
- Contributing to a team that values your voice and supports your growth
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of post-admission experience in employment or industrial relations law (senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply)
- Confidence across both advisory and litigation work
- Experience acting for government and/or private sector clients (or a genuine interest to develop in both)
- A practical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle priorities across multiple matters
- Passion for workplace law and building a career with purpose
