The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of your own files across a diverse property portfolio that includes commercial and retail leasing, residential and commercial conveyancing, and small-scale property development work. Experience in business sales and purchases is welcomed, but not essential. You’ll be supported by skilled support staff who handle administration and delegated tasks, allowing you to focus on practising law – not managing spreadsheets.

If you take pride in getting the details right, enjoy client contact, and like seeing matters through from start to finish, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in their day-to-day property skills, comfortable using PEXA, and who enjoys managing each step along the way.

About you

• Ideally 5–10+ years PAE in property law
• Confident managing your own matters with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with PEXA and modern conveyancing systems
• Practical, personable, and client-focused
