About the Role:
We are seeking a lawyer experienced in Wills and Estates (open to a junior lawyer with pre-admission experience in Wills & Estates) to join this reputable team. Those with more years of experience are welcome to apply.

You will work in a close-knit team with direct mentorship available from a Director and 2 Special Counsels. The team also work on Corporate & Commercial work so if this interests you, it can also make up part of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a broad range of wills and estates matters from initial consultation to finalisation – under supervision from the Director
  • Drafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate, and letters of administration
  • Managing deceased estate administration, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
  • Preparing Advance Health Directives and representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in Wills & Estates either pre-admission or as a Lawyer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to delivering top-notch client service
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in Succession Law.
