If you are a commercial or property lawyer looking to move beyond smaller files and repetitive conveyancing work, these opportunities offer exposure to broader transactions, stronger clients and more complex commercial matters.

The Role

Depending on your background and interests, matters may include:

• Business and asset sales
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Property development and structuring
• Off-the-plan projects and subdivisions
• Corporate and commercial transactions
• Commercial conveyancing and settlements

These roles offer genuine responsibility; direct client contact and strong involvement in transactions from commencement through to completion.

About You

• 3+ years PAE in commercial and/or property law
• Strong drafting and transactional capability
• Experience across leasing, conveyancing, developments or business sales
• Commercial and solutions-focused approach
• Confident managing matters within a fast-paced environment
