About the Role:
You will manage a varied family law file load including property settlements, parenting matters, domestic violence applications, and mediations. You will be trusted with autonomy while having immediate access to guidance when needed. Client care, practical solutions, and commercial thinking are central to how this team operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Run matters from initial instructions through to resolution with appropriate support
- Appear at court, mediations, and conferences
- Draft clear and persuasive documents including affidavits, consent orders, and applications
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, counsel, and stakeholders
About You:
- Minimum 3 years PAE in family law
- Strong technical ability and sound judgment with confidence managing files
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and drafting skills
- Client focused, organised, and calm under pressure
- A genuine team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative culture
