The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a conveyancer who can confidently run files from start to finish. While the firm has dedicated conveyancing admin and property solicitors for support, they are looking for someone to take the lead on the non-admitted side of conveyancing, overseeing workflow, delegating admin tasks, and referring more complex matters to solicitors.

The role doesn’t have to be full-time – flexibility is available for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing residential conveyancing files independently from start to finish
• Leading the conveyancing function (non-solicitor side)
• Delegating tasks to experienced conveyancing support staff
• Working alongside solicitors for complex property matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent service

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience running conveyancing matters autonomously
• Confidence in handling files end-to-end
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ideally, a client following or the ability to generate new work
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire for long-term stability
