What You’ll Own:

  • Run and grow a portfolio of complex litigation matters including corporate disputes, shareholder issues, insolvency, and construction
  • Be the front-facing leader when Partners are away — a go-to for clients and juniors alike
  • Develop and mentor a talented team of junior lawyers
  • Work closely with leadership on strategy and growth, supported by a proactive marketing and admin team

You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation with demonstrated court and file management experience
  • Confidence in leading complex matters and strong client-facing capabilities
  • A collaborative, commercial mindset and mentoring approach
  • A personal or professional commitment to living and working on the Gold Coast
