Your role:

  • Diary, travel and email management
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Draft briefs to Counsel and other experts
  • Prepare electronic briefs and affidavits
  • Manage and maintain files – opening and closing
  • Handle billing, file management (electronic via Practice Evolve and physical),
  • Monthly billing and archiving files
  • General administrative tasks to support authors.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years legal experience (but more senior candidates are welcome)
  • Employment law experience is favourable – but will look at other areas of law too
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Friendly and eager to learn.
