Skills & responsibilities

Will be an employment lawyer at Principal level who enjoys a level of autonomy, together with teamwork.   You have a ready-made team including a Senior Associate and Associate.

Your new role

Representation and advice on all workplace and employment litigation matters; advising clients on workplace investigations regarding sexual harrassment and misconduct matters; right of entry matters; breach of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements; representation and advice in all areas regarding discrimination, harassment and bullying in the Fair Work Commission; WHS matters/prosecutions in NSW and Victoria; Award interpretation, negotiation, variation and termination of Enterprise Agreements.
