Skills & experience
You will be Front-end Construction Lawyer at Associate level. Enjoy both inter-office and client secondments.
Your new role
Will see you working directly with a Partner who undertakes work on all stages of project development and implementation. Project structuring advice, negotiating project agreements including construction and procurement contracts, O&M arrangements, and joint venture agreements. Advise on project delivery, including dispute avoidance and resolution.
Advise owners, financiers and contractors; act for clients across infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, shipbuilding process engineering, mining and ore processing, oil and gas exploration and field development.
