Our client is a well-regarded family law firm expanding into Milton, Brisbane. With a strong reputation for delivering expert legal services, they are now opening a new office and are looking for a skilled Family Lawyer to take the lead. This is a rare opportunity to work autonomously while being backed by an established and supportive legal team.

About the Role

This is your chance to step into a senior role where you’ll have the freedom to manage your own caseload and drive the success of a new office. You’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Parenting disputes and child custody
  • Property and financial settlements
  • Domestic violence matters

While you’ll work independently day-to-day, you’ll have full administrative and legal support from the firm’s wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with future partnership potential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5-10 years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and achieve billable targets
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate
