About the Position:
You’ll advise across a broad range of transactions — from non-bank lending and eight-figure loan settlements to regulatory licensing and AML compliance. You’ll be free to shape your own strategy, lean into innovation, and work closely with Directors who are as commercially-minded as you are. If you’re ready to move beyond the confines of rigid firm structures, this is your platform.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in banking & financial services law
- Track record in advising lenders, borrowers or funds
- Commercially-savvy and self-motivated
- Partial practice or high-growth potential
