Skills & responsibilities

You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at the 3-5 year level who would like to move in-house.  

Your new role

Will see you support the Head of Legal and the Chief Operations Officer (legally qualified) of this cross-Tasman multi-line insurance brokerage.   As part of a small team of four (4) lawyers, including yourself, you will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements – including sale of business, shareholder agreements, schemes of arrangement, preference shares and restraints of trade.
