The In-house Counsel role
This Legal Counsel role will report to the Legal Manager and is positioned as a key role within the business to provide adept and commercially focused legal advice. Dealing direct with the business, and being mentored as required, the Legal Counsel will be involved in a broad range of commercial activities, including contract drafting and amendment, procurement, negotiations, bespoke legal advice, dispute management strategies and involvement, briefing external counsel, and reporting to senior management on contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
