High profile household name commercial brand. Take a position of substantial responsibility and be involved with a strong small legal team in which you can have a real impact. Report directly to the Head of Industrial Relations. This in-house role will suit an experienced Industrial Relations/Employment Lawyer with 3+ years PAE gained at a reputable law firm/company in a strong IR practice. 

Work on a range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and general protection. Work will also involve work on EBAs and providing general advice. You will also have experience with providing education and training and managing claims.
