Skills & experience

You will be an IR and employment lawyer at the 3-6 year PAE level who has Industrial Relations and Enterprise Bargaining experience.

Your new role

Will see you working closely with and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel.  The main part of your role will be interpretation of legislation and industrial instruments to ensure compliance and risk mitigation; EBA interpretation, negotiations and advice; liaising with Unions; Work Health & Safety; and Policy review.
