You will be a Property Finance Lawyer at the 8-12 year level who would like to move into a quasi in-house role as a Senior Legal Counsel in order to establish a new function.
About the role
You will join an organically grown technology company. Enjoy developing strong long-term relationships as well as dealing with complex documentation (being able to structure a loan). On-line tools will assist you with the best technology in the business. Drive revenue, mentor your lawyers, establish a function, work with existing and new clients.
Your day-to-day – actively advise clients on a range of commercial and industrial property, development and project matters. Supervise your team in the complex and commercial lending division – asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions. Liaise directly with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to provide consistent updates and attend governance meetings to assess and improve the services provided.
