Role
You will work closely with a leading insolvency partner acting for clients across a range of sectors. You will provide commercial, pre-insolvency advice to company directors and insolvent individuals, and also advise in relation to the appointment of administrators in insolvency.  The team acts for and against liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy, in matters related to the recovery of voidable transactions and the setting aside of antecedent transactions.
